Qualifications

  • Previous experience in office management, healthcare administration, or a related role (hospice or healthcare preferred).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and EMR systems (experience with specific EMR, if applicable, preferred).
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and support staff in a professional and compassionate environment.
  • Knowledge of hospice compliance and healthcare regulations is a plus.
