BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced RN or licensed clinician to lead our Newtown Square hospice office in Newtown Square, PA. You will oversee performance, staffing, budgets, and care quality while building strong community partnerships.

The role emphasizes staff development, strategic growth, and ensuring compassionate, high-quality patient and family care in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• What You’ll Bring: an active RN or clinical license, a four-year degree, and at least two years of supervisory or management experience.
• Experience leading a hospice operation or high-volume healthcare operation; hospice experience preferred.
• Strong skills in recruiting, coaching, employee relations, and operational management.
• Sound clinical judgment and a commitment to high-quality patient and family care.
• You’ll build community relationships and lead a team through growth and change, using technology in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the performance and day-to-day operations of the Newtown Square hospice office.
• Recruit, coach, and develop staff and emerging leaders.
• Oversee staffing, planning, budgets, and fiscal performance.
• Partner with clinical leaders to support care quality, staff development, and compliance.
• Build relationships with hospitals, physicians, facilities, and community referral partners.
• Identify opportunities to improve services and grow the office.
• Create a culture of accountability, collaboration, recognition, and care.
