Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides hands-on leadership for a hospice program with census growth and clinical quality accountability.
• Ensures compliance with accrediting/licensing standards and regulatory requirements.
• Leads finance, HR, and office operations to meet budget and service goals.
• Develops policies and procedures with governance collaboration; oversees performance evaluations.
• Manages and supports staff development, orientation, and continuous education.
