Care Initiatives Hospice is seeking a compassionate Hospice Nurse - RN for an on-call weekend package. The role runs Friday 4:30 PM to Monday 8:00 AM with possible scheduled visits, delivering patient- and family-centered care in home or facility settings.

The RN should have at least two years of nursing experience, a current CPR certification, and a patient, supportive approach to care for patients at end of life. Join a team dedicated to comfort, dignity, and compassion.

Qualifications

• RN with at least two years of recent clinical nursing experience.
• Current, valid CPR certification.
• Demonstrated patience and a supportive approach to patient, family, and caregiver support.

Responsibilities

• Attend to patients and families during weekends, evenings, and overnight on an on-call schedule.
• Provide comprehensive nursing care, including medication management and symptom control, in homes or facilities.
• Educate and support caregivers and patients to ensure comfort and dignity at the end of life.
