AccentCare, Inc. is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) in Pennsylvania to join an interdisciplinary care team.

The role emphasizes delivering compassionate, patient-centered nursing care and collaborating with families, physicians, and colleagues to create and carry out care plans. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule, competitive pay of $80,000 to $90,000 annually based on experience, and comprehensive benefits, with coverage across Berks and Western Montgomery Counties in the King

Formación

• RN license in the state of practice is required.
• At least one year of nursing experience.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and appropriate auto insurance.

• Partner with patients, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary group to create and carry out care plans
• Perform comprehensive assessments—physical, emotional, social, and spiritual—to guide care decisions

• Coordinate care across disciplines to ensure continuity and dignity
• Document care clearly and accurately reflecting patient needs and progress
• Participate in on‑call or admission rotations as needed
• Engage in ongoing learning and professional development

Pay: $80,000 - $90,000 , based on experience
