AccentCare is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate, patient‑centered care in Berks and Montgomery counties on a part‑time PRN basis. You will work within an interdisciplinary team, delivering comfort-focused nursing care and coordinating plans with families and physicians.

Qualifications

Pay: $43.00 - $47.00 based on experience

Schedule: Part time PRN

Coverage Area:Berks, and Montgomery, Counties

You can find success in this role if you’ve held the following positions: Hospice Registered Nurse, Home Health Registered Nurse, Palliative Care Nurse, Med‑Surg Registered Nurse, Oncology Nurse, Geriatric Nurse, Field Nurse, Visiting Nurse, Admissions Nurse, Patient Care Nurse, RN Care Coordinator, or Clinical Nurse in acute care, home health, or community‑based settings.
