Responsibilities

• Assesses patients' physical and mental condition with exams and histories.
• Orders, interprets labs and tests to assess health needs.
• Prescribes therapies and follows protocols with physician supervision.
• Develops treatment plans and collaborates with the care team.
• Counsels patients on medications, nutrition, and health promotion.
• Maintains patient records and initiates referrals as needed.
