Job summary

Tidewell Hospice, part of Empath Health, is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to identify and coordinate patient/family needs and deliver preventive and supportive care in a GIP environment. You will supervise LPNs and aides, ensuring quality care while floating as needed.

Requires 1 year of bedside nursing experience, a Florida RN license, and an AA or better in nursing. Join a mission-driven team dedicated to Full Life Care for All in southwest Florida.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year bedside nursing experience.
• Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent in nursing.
• Valid Florida RN license required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and coordinate patient/family needs and provide preventive and supportive care.
• Oversee LPNs and aides in delivering care in GIP environment.
• Report to Patient/Family Care Coordinator/Care Center Manager.
• May float to other units as needed.
