Job summary

Tidewell Hospice, part of Empath Health, seeks an LPN to provide continuous bedside care under the direction of the RN. Work 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM with at least 2 weekend nights per month, covering Manatee, Charlotte, DeSoto, and Sarasota counties.

Requirements: graduate of an approved nursing program, Florida LPN license, and a minimum of 1 year acute care experience; hospice LPN experience preferred. Benefits include competitive pay and full wellness options.

Qualifications

• Must be graduate of an approved nursing program.
• Current Florida LPN license.
• Minimum one year experience in acute care; hospice LPN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide continuous bedside clinical observations and supportive care per plan of care.

• Assist with triage and overnight care in coordination with RN.
