Empath Health West Palm Beach, FL seeks a Music Therapy Supervisor under the Director of Integrative Therapies to lead hospice music therapy services across locations, supervise therapists, provide coaching, and ensure high patient/family satisfaction.

Responsibilities include developing continuing education, internship program oversight, interviewing and onboarding, EMR training, performance evaluations, and cross-location collaboration; travel to multiple sites is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Music Therapy and Board Certification.
• 5 years’ hospice music therapy experience preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsabilités

• Supervise music therapists across locations and provide ongoing coaching.
• Develop and coordinate continuing education opportunities.
• Oversee internship program, supervision, and competency evaluation.
• Screen, interview, and hire qualified therapists.
• Ensure EMR documentation training and support.
• Provide performance evaluations and resolve personnel issues.
• Provide caseload coverage and travel between locations as needed.
