Job summary

Empath Health West Palm Beach, FL seeks a Music Therapy Supervisor under the Director of Integrative Therapies to lead hospice music therapy services across locations, supervise therapists, provide coaching, and ensure high patient/family satisfaction.

Responsibilities include developing continuing education, internship program oversight, interviewing and onboarding, EMR training, performance evaluations, and cross-location collaboration; travel to multiple sites is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Music Therapy and Board Certification.
• 5 years’ hospice music therapy experience preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise music therapists across locations and provide ongoing coaching.

## Music Therapy SupervisorApply: West Palm Beach, FL: Full time: Posted Today: JR100398Under the supervision of the Director of Integrative Therapies, the Supervisor of Music Therapy utilizes management skills and a strong clinical music therapy foundation to facilitate the provision of music therapy for patients and families in hospice care, with emphasis on patient/family satisfaction and overall results.
