Job summary

St. Croix Hospice seeks a dedicated Massage Therapist to deliver individualized massage services in a home care setting. You will work under the Clinical Services Manager to support patient plans of care and collaborate with RN case managers to improve quality of life.

Responsibilities include direct massage, assessments, documentation, and participation in team education and quality initiatives. A current license is required; driving to patient homes is often necessary.

Qualifications

• Current Massage Therapist License or Bodywork Therapist License in practicing states.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct massage therapy per plan of care and under supervision.
• Assesses patient and referrals for medical indication and monitors response to therapy.
• Guides patients through massage interventions to alleviate symptoms and improve comfort.
• Maintains clinical notes and documentation within 24–48 hours of sessions.
• Participates in interdisciplinary teams and quality improvement activities.
