WesleyLife is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to work as a Home Hospice Visit Nurse in the Des Moines area. You will travel to patients’ homes, provide symptom relief and compassionate care, and support families through education and presence.

Responsibilities

Each visit is unique because every individual's story, needs, and wishes guide your care. You'll offer personal support with daily activities, provide comfort-focused care, and be a reassuring presence for clients and their families.

Compensation:

• The pay range for this position is $27.39 - $34.24 / hour. The starting pay rate will be based on years of experience.

Mileage Reimbursement at 58.5 cents per mile
