Job summary

Ohio’s Hospice is seeking a Hospice Crisis Care LPN for a full-time night shift in the Dayton area. You will provide direct, 1:1 bedside care to patients who are actively declining, under the direction of an RN, and you will travel to patient homes or facilities within the Dayton/Springfield region.

Requirements include an Ohio LPN license, CPR certification, a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record, and the ability to pass background and drug-screen checks.

Qualifications

• Registered LPN with the State of Ohio (no board actions).
• One year of nursing experience preferred.
• CPR certified.
• Computer skills sufficient to document services and care.
• Ability to drive during daytime, nighttime or inclement weather.
• Valid Driver's License with Safe Driving Record.
• State Minimum Automobile Insurance Coverage.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
• Must be able to pass a 10 panel drug screen.

What to know about the Hospice Crisis Care LPN position

• This is a FT night shift position 8am-8pm and will require DRIVING to patients within the Dayton/Springfield area
• This position will provide 1:1 with the patient at the bedside for patients that are actively declining

As a Hospice Crisis Care LPN you will provide care for patients in families in homes/facilities, under the direction and supervision of an RN.
