Capital Caring Health is seeking an LPN to support continuous care under RN supervision. You will perform nursing tasks, provide patient and family education, and help ensure comfort and quality of life for patients.

Responsibilities include medication administration, dressing changes, CVL observations, and timely documentation. A flexible schedule and ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current LPN licensure in the state of employment.
• 6 months experience as LPN preferred.
• Active BLS for healthcare professionals from the American Heart Association or Red Cross.

Aufgaben

• Under RN supervision, provide nursing interventions and teaching to maximize patient comfort and quality of life.
• Perform patient care tasks including dressing changes, catheter changes, and venipuncture as identified in the care plan.
• Observe and report patient conditions and adverse reactions to RN.
• Document care in the medical record per policy.
• May be required to respond to emergencies and report to designated locations as needed.
