Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Under RN supervision, provide nursing tasks to patients and families per the plan of care.
• Demonstrate clinical skills in medication administration and symptom management.
• Observe and report changes in patient condition to the RN and physicians.
• Document care and comply with policies and procedures.
• Maintain professional conduct and support continuity of services during emergencies.
