Job summary

Sanford Health is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Med Aide (MA) for Luverne Cottage Hospice in Luverne, MN. The role provides patient-centered home care in a cottage setting with a max patient ratio of 1:4 and rotating 6am-6pm shifts.

Full-time position offering benefits; sign-on bonus up to $10,000 for eligible applicants and self-scheduling options. Prior nursing experience and current LPN license required.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program and be licensed LPN.
• IV therapy/management skills may be required in North Dakota per board rules.
• One year of professional nursing experience preferred.
• Unencumbered LPN license with state board; may require driver’s license; BLS required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comfort-focused, patient-centered care to home care patients.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to support symptom management and dignity for patients.
• Ensure health, safety and age-appropriate care standards in home care setting.
