Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program and hold an active LPN license.
• One year of professional nursing experience is preferred.
• Current BLS for health care providers.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license may be required depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Provide comfort-focused, patient-centered care in home care hospice settings.
• Work with an interdisciplinary team to support symptom management and comfort.
• Administer medications and treatments as directed and monitor patient status.
