Applicants must be a Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program with current LPN licensure and BLS. Night shifts, self-scheduling, and a sign-on bonus up to $10,000 are available for eligible

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
• One year of professional nursing experience preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for health care providers is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comfort-focused, patient-centered care to hospice patients in a home setting.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to manage symptoms and support patient and family needs.
• Demonstrate nursing knowledge and perform assessments and treatments as directed.
