Job summary

Sanford Health in Luverne, MN, is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse or Medicare Aide to join the Luverne Cottage Hospice team. You will provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a home-like setting, with night shifts and a 36-hour work week. A sign-on bonus of up to $10,000 is available for eligible applicants.

You will work with an interdisciplinary team to manage symptoms, comfort, and dignity for patients and families, in a role that emphasizes meaningful, life-affirming care.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program and licensed in the state.
• One year of professional nursing experience preferred.
• Current unencumbered LPN license and BLS required; valid driver's license may be required.

Responsibilities
