Job summary

Ambercare Hospice is seeking a driven Hospice Liaison to grow our presence in Las Cruces, NM and El Paso, TX. This field-based role targets building strong referral partnerships and expanding census by connecting with physicians, discharge planners, and communities.

You will own your territory, develop consultative relationships, and deliver education and marketing programs to raise awareness of Ambercare’s services in hospice care and home health.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of one year of professional sales experience preferred.
• Experience in hospice or health care industry is a plus.
• Demonstrates good verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate referrals to Hospice care based on admission criteria.
• Assist with patient intake education and form completion for admissions and transition to home.
• Develop consultative relationships in assigned accounts through effective contacts and presentations.
• Develop and implement marketing and education programs to increase awareness of Ambercare.

Ambercare Hospice

Ambercare is seeking a driven, high-impact Hospice Liaison to grow our presence in Las Cruces, NM and El Paso, TX. We’re looking for a results-oriented sales professional with experience in hospice, home health, or healthcare marketing who knows how to build relationships and generate referrals.

In this role, you will take ownership of your territory, developing strong referral partnerships, increasing census, and positioning Ambercare as the provider of choice. This is a field-based role for someone who thrives on accountability, visibility, and winning new business.

Location: In the assigned market (Las Cruces, NM and El Paso, TX).

What You’ll Do

• Assist in the information gathering, education, and form completion aspects of patient intake, admissions, and transition to home
• Develop a consultative relationship, in assigned accounts by making effective customer contacts and presentations
• Develop and implement marketing and education programs to increase awareness of company

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business administration, or other related fields is preferred. Acceptable combination of experience and/or training may be considered in lieu of formal education.
• Minimum of one year of professional sales experience preferred.
• Experience in the hospice and health care industry a plus.
• Demonstrates good verbal and written communication, and organization skills.
• Valid driver’s license with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state requirements.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to keep good relationships with customers, co-workers, and other business partners.
