Job summary

AccentCare Inc seeks a Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) in Rhode Island to join an interdisciplinary care team delivering compassionate end-of-life care. You will work Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm EST, with clinical autonomy and full support from a mission-driven organization.

You will provide nursing care focused on comfort and dignity, coordinate with families and physicians, and participate in ongoing learning. Competitive compensation reflects experience and benefits.

Qualifications

• RN license in state of practice.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care that maximizes comfort and quality of life.
• Partner with patients, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary group to create and carry out care plans.
• Perform comprehensive assessments—physical, emotional, social, and spiritual to guide care decisions.
• Educate and support patients and caregivers, meeting them where they are.
• Coordinate care across disciplines to ensure continuity and dignity.
• Document care clearly and accurately to reflect patient needs and progress.
• Participate in on‑call or admission rotations as needed.
• Engage in ongoing learning and professional development.
