Capital Hospice & Palliative Care is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, compliance, and daily HR operations in a healthcare setting.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in healthcare HR management, including recruitment and training, with knowledge of federal and Illinois employment laws and CHAP standards. The role involves employee relations, budgeting, and engagement initiatives.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years healthcare management experience, preferably in hospice or home health.
• At least 2 years of recruitment and employee training experience.
• Experience managing HR operations in a healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of federal and Illinois employment laws and healthcare regulations.
• CHAP accreditation knowledge preferred.
• Strong recruitment, employee relations, benefits, and HR compliance.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters.
• Experience with HR management systems.
