Job summary

Legacy Lifecare VNA and Hospice is hiring a Home Health Aide (CNA) to provide compassionate, hands-on care for hospice patients in their homes. This PRN role offers $20.00–$25.00 per hour, based on experience, with Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–4:00 PM shifts.

You will support patients with bathing, grooming, mobility, and daily activities, report changes to the hospice nurse, and help maintain a safe home environment while honoring end-of-life goals.

Qualifications

• Current, active MA CNA certification.
• Minimum 1-year CNA experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel to patient homes.
• Prior experience in home-care, hospice, rehab, or long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on personal care to hospice patients, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility assistance.
• Monitor and report changes in patients' condition to the hospice nurse or care team.
