Job summary

Legacy Lifecare VNA/Hospice is seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate patient care in home and community settings. The role is full-time at 40 hours per week, with Monday through Friday hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and occasional on-call rotations.

Compensation is $41.00–$43.00 per hour, based on experience, and travel to patient homes is required. Qualified candidates will hold a current MA RN license with at least one year of RN experience.

• Minimum 1 year of RN experience
• Home-health or hospice experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to residents in home settings.
• Observe and report changes in patients' condition and responses to medications.
• Perform basic nursing tasks including vitals, assessments, and treatments.
• Support palliative and hospice care needs, including symptom control.

Qualifications for Success:

• Current, unencumbered MA RN License
• Minimum 1-year RN experience
• Prior experience in home-care, hospice, rehabilitation, or long-term care setting preferred
• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to patient homes or hospice facilities.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English – both verbally and written
