Job summary

Legacy Lifecare VNA/Hospice in Boston, MA is hiring a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday with occasional on-call.

You will provide compassionate patient care in home settings, monitor vital signs, document changes, and support palliative and hospice needs. MA RN license and at least 1 year of RN experience required; English fluency essential.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered MA RN License.
• Minimum 1 year RN experience.
• Prior experience in home-care, hospice, rehabilitation, or long-term care setting preferred.

• Provide kind, compassionate care to residents in home or assisted living settings.
• Observe residents and chart/report changes such as response to medication or treatment.
• Perform basic resident care or treatments, including temperature and blood pressure monitoring.
• Support palliative and hospice care needs, including pain management, symptom control, and emotional/spiritual support.

$41.00 - $43.00/hour, based on experience

Monday – Friday | 8:00AM – 5:00PM | Occasional On-Call Rotations

Qualifications for Success:

• Ability to communicate fluently in English – both verbally and written
