Job summary

UnitedHealth Group is seeking an Account Executive to execute the sales strategy and increase market share through account development and education of the medical community on services for home health or hospice. You will serve as the customer service representative for referral sources, including sales calls and in-services.

Role requires driving capability, strong presentation skills and CRM proficiency.

Qualifications

• Current driver’s license and access to a dependable vehicle or public transit.
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
• Solid computer skills including Microsoft Outlook and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with referral sources to drive growth.
• Implement and document consistent sales activities with multiple contacts per source.
• Understand customer needs to provide customized solutions and earn referrals.
• Expand awareness of services across the healthcare community.
• Serve as liaison between referrals, patients and agencies.
