Job summary

UnitedHealth Group seeks an Account Executive to execute the sales strategy, increase market share, and educate the medical community on our home health and hospice services. You will serve as the primary customer service contact for referral sources, conduct education sessions, and manage information sharing and in-services.

Responsibilities include building relationships with referral sources, documenting sales activities, and expanding knowledge of our solutions while aligning with budget

Qualifications

• Current Driver's License and access to a dependable vehicle (or public transportation).
• Excellent presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Solid computer skills in Microsoft Outlook and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with target referral sources to grow referrals.
• Implement, manage, and document sales activities across sources.
• Understand customer needs to provide customized solutions and drive referrals.
• Expand community awareness of our solutions and services.
• Act as liaison between referral sources, patients/families, and our agencies.
