Job summary

Adoration Health seeks a Director of Business Development to drive growth in hospice services across the Ashtabula and Independence, OH areas. You will lead marketing outreach, build strategic plans, and guide referral growth while ensuring regulatory compliance and community trust.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ hospice and/or home health marketing experience.
• At least 2 years in marketing leadership or management roles.
• Demonstrated success in creating and executing growth-driven marketing plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to marketing liaisons across the state.
• Oversee outreach staff training and development.
• Develop strategic marketing plans to meet growth targets and referrals.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and referral patterns to guide sales.
• Ensure compliance with hospice regulations and align outreach with needs.
