Job summary

Adoration Health, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, seeks a Director of Business Development in Ohio (Ashtabula and Independence) to lead growth initiatives delivering compassionate end-of-life care. You will drive strategic marketing, grow hospice services, and foster community trust.

This role requires a Bachelor's in Marketing or related field and 3+ years in hospice/home health marketing, with at least 2 years in leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in hospice and/or home health marketing.
• At least 2 years in marketing leadership or management roles.
• Demonstrated success in creating and executing strategic marketing plans that drive growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and support to marketing liaisons across the state.
• Oversee training, onboarding, and ongoing development of outreach staff.
• Develop strategic marketing plans to meet growth targets and referral goals.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and referral patterns to guide sales efforts.
• Maintain strong knowledge of hospice philosophy, compliance, and regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align outreach with patient and partner needs.
• Ensure adherence to all applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
