Job summary

Adoration Hospice seeks an Executive Director to lead the Independence/Ashtabula market, overseeing daily operations, budgeting, planning, staffing, and regulatory compliance with a strong focus on compassionate care.

You will supervise staff, foster interdisciplinary collaboration among nurses, physicians, social workers and chaplains, build community partnerships, and drive initiatives that improve quality and access to hospice services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration; master's preferred.
• 2–5 years experience in health care management.
• Ability to supervise professional and administrative staff.
• Understanding of Medicare Hospice Certification.
