Choice Hospice, Inc. is seeking a Hospice Business Development Liaison in Huntsville, TX.

This full-time role focuses on expanding hospice referrals, building partnerships with healthcare providers, and increasing patient admissions within the community. The liaison will maintain relationships with clinicians and organizations while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and providing clear information about hospice services.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years home health or hospice sales experience.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Valid auto insurance required.
• HomeCare HomeBase experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish new referral relationships with providers and community organizations.
• Grow agency admissions and awareness of hospice services.
• Ensure compliance with local, state and federal marketing laws.
• Develop a public relations program to interpret services and build physician relations.
• Meet and/or exceed monthly admission goals.
