Suite Living Hospice Care is seeking a Hospice Business Development Manager to drive growth across 23 Suite Living communities in the Minneapolis–St. Paul metro area.

The role focuses on developing and executing a comprehensive sales and marketing plan to increase hospice census and awareness, while building strong relationships with residents, families, and community leaders. Candidates should have 5+ years in hospice, deep regulatory knowledge, and proven ability to lead cross-functional

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of hospice experience.
• Strong understanding of hospice regulations, eligibility criteria, and care delivery.
• Proven ability to build relationships and influence without authority.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in hospice sales, marketing, or business development.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute a comprehensive hospice growth strategy to increase census across all Suite Living communities.
• Establish measurable goals, KPIs, and accountability metrics to track progress toward 100+ patients.
• Analyze referral patterns and barriers to hospice adoption and adjust strategy accordingly.
• Build strong relationships with Housing Directors, Nurse Managers, clinical staff, residents and families.
• Serve as primary liaison between Suite Living Hospice Care and Suite Living Senior Care communities.
