Job summary

AMN Healthcare Leadership Solutions | B.E. Smith seeks a Hospice Sales Liaison in Golden Valley, MN to expand market presence and advocate for compassionate end-of-life care. The role focuses on building relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, and community organizations, with a target of about 10 admissions per month.

You will report to the Director of Business Development and must combine sales expertise with empathy to educate providers and families on hospice benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Proven sales experience within hospice or healthcare, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture long-term relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, and community organizations to promote hospice services.
• Report to the Director of Business Development and support growth and market presence.
• Educate patients, families, healthcare providers, and community partners on end-of-life care benefits.
• Generate approximately 10 admissions per month while supporting continued growth and market presence.
• Navigate sensitive conversations with tact, empathy, and professionalism to achieve sales goals.
