Job summary

Suncoast Hospice, a member of Empath Health, seeks a compassionate Float CNA to provide patient care across Pinellas and Hillsborough counties on the night shift (7:45pm–8:15am), three shifts per week.

You will assist with ADLs, positioning, hygiene, vital signs, and reporting changes to the RN, while contributing to the interdisciplinary team's care planning.

Required: Florida CNA license, CPR certification, valid driver's license, and six months hospice/home health or acute care experience.

Qualifications

• Certified nursing assistant with active Florida license.
• Experience in hospice/home health or acute care is preferred.
• Strong patient-care and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs, positioning, hygiene, and mobility per POC.
• Monitor vital signs and document changes for RN review.
• Support patient comfort and safety in care center settings.
• Communicate observations to the RN and participate in IDG meetings.
