Trustbridge Hospice, a member of Empath Health, is seeking a dedicated CNA to provide in-home care across Palm Beach County. Schedule is 8am - 4:30pm with weekend availability; bilingual English/Spanish candidates are highly encouraged to apply.

Since 1978, Empath Health has served communities with Full Life Care. Requirements include a Florida CNA license, BLS, and at least six months of healthcare experience; valid driver's license and reliable car are preferred for county-wide travel.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Certified Nursing Assistant license in Florida.
• Experience in home health or hospital settings preferred.
• BLS certification required.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct and indirect care to patients in home and community-based settings
• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including personal hygiene, mobility, and comfort measures
• Support a clean, safe, and nurturing environment for each patient
• Offer emotional support to patients and their families, fostering dignity and compassion at every interaction

What You’ll Need

• Current license to practice as a Certified Nursing Assistant in the State of Florida.
• Current Basic Life Support Certification.
• Six months’ experience working in hospital or healthcare environment.
• Requires ability to drive, a reliable car, a good driving record, automobile insurance and basic knowledge of the county territory.
• Must be able to fulfill assigned tasks effectively and efficiently.
• Must practice good personal hygiene and be neat and clean in appearance.
