Job summary

Concho Hearts Hospice is seeking an experienced Executive Director/Marketer to lead and grow a new hospice location in Weatherford. You will build your team, develop referral networks, and drive community partnerships to expand census while ensuring high-quality patient care.

In this role you’ll work with an experienced Home Office team, maintain regulatory compliance, and own market leadership—from outreach to operations—to create a sustainable, patient-centered program in the community you

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hospice marketing experience.
• Proven ability to develop referral relationships and grow hospice census.
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Hospice operations and regulatory knowledge preferred.
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable taking ownership of a market.
• Passion for providing exceptional end-of-life care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct community outreach and educate referral partners about hospice services.
