Job summary

Concho Hearts Hospice in Corsicana, TX, is seeking an Executive Director/Marketer to build and lead a new hospice location. You’ll develop a team, establish referral networks with hospitals and physicians, and drive community outreach to grow census while maintaining strong quality and regulatory compliance.

The role offers an on-site, full-time position with an annual salary of $80,000–$85,000 plus a location-based performance bonus, medical/dental/vision cover, a 401(k) with company match, PTO

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hospice marketing experience is required.
• Proven ability to develop referral relationships and grow census.
• Hospice operations and regulatory knowledge is a plus.
• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of owning a market.
• Passion for delivering exceptional end-of-life care.

Responsibilities

At Concho Hearts Hospice, our leaders have the support of an experienced Home Office team while still having the autonomy to lead, grow, and make their location successful.
