Concho Hearts Hospice in El Paso, TX is seeking an experienced Hospice Executive Director/Marketer to lead a new location and drive census growth.

You will build and lead your own hospice team, develop referral partnerships with hospitals and physicians, and educate community partners about hospice services. You will work with clinical leadership to ensure smooth transitions and oversee daily operations, quality, and compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years hospice marketing experience.
• Proven ability to develop referral relationships and grow census.
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Hospice operations and regulatory knowledge preferred.

At Concho Hearts Hospice, our leaders have the support of an experienced Home Office team while still having the autonomy to lead, grow, and make their location successful.

What You'll Do:
