Qualifications

• Hospice experience required (2–5 yrs preferred) with ability to lead and improve patient care.
• Bachelor’s in Business/Healthcare Admin required; Master’s a plus.
• Strong healthcare knowledge and understanding of hospice concepts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for diverse audiences.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• Proven strategic problem-solver with time-management and organizational skills.
• Thrives in fast-paced environments; adaptable and agile.
• Healthcare background a plus.
