Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration preferred.
• Master’s degree in healthcare or related field preferred.
• 2–5 years experience in healthcare management.
• Ability to supervise professional and administrative personnel.
• Ability to engage tactfully with the community.
• Knowledge of corporate business management.
• Understanding of hospice care and team-based services.
• Intimate knowledge of Medicare Hospice Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead Daily Operations: Oversee budgeting, planning, staffing, and compliance with healthcare standards.
• Ensure High-Quality Care: Promote ethical practices and compassionate, comprehensive patient care.
• Support and Develop Staff: Ensure staffing, training, supervision, and professional development.
• Foster Team-Based Care: Strengthen collaboration across interdisciplinary teams (nurses, physicians, social workers, chaplains).
• Drive Organizational Excellence: Monitor services, finances, and patient outcomes; implement improvements.
• Build Strong Partnerships: Collaborate with departments, partners, vendors, and leadership for seamless service delivery.
