Adoration Health in Murfreesboro, TN seeks a dedicated Executive Director to lead hospice operations, budgeting, staffing, and compliance with healthcare standards. You will guide clinical and administrative teams to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care.

This role requires strategic oversight, community partnerships, and a commitment to quality outcomes, staff development, and ethical practices in a supportive, mission-driven environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration preferred.
• Master’s degree in healthcare or related field preferred.
• 2–5 years experience in healthcare management.
• Ability to supervise professional and administrative personnel.
• Ability to engage tactfully with the community.
• Knowledge of corporate business management.
• Understanding of hospice care and team-based services.
• Intimate knowledge of Medicare Hospice Certification.

• Lead Daily Operations: Oversee budgeting, planning, staffing, and compliance with healthcare standards.
• Ensure High-Quality Care: Promote ethical practices and compassionate, comprehensive patient care.
• Support and Develop Staff: Ensure staffing, training, supervision, and professional development.
• Foster Team-Based Care: Strengthen collaboration across interdisciplinary teams (nurses, physicians, social workers, chaplains).
• Drive Organizational Excellence: Monitor services, finances, and patient outcomes; implement improvements.
• Build Strong Partnerships: Collaborate with departments, partners, vendors, and leadership for seamless service delivery.

As an Executive Director, You will:

• Lead Daily Operations: Oversee all aspects of hospice operations, including budgeting, planning, staffing, and compliance with legal and healthcare standards.
• Ensure High-Quality Care: Promote ethical practices and ensure that every patient receives compassionate, comprehensive care.
• Support and Develop Staff: Ensure appropriate staffing, staff training, supervision, and ongoing professional development.
• Foster Team-Based Care: Oversee and strengthen collaboration across interdisciplinary teams (nurses, physicians, social workers, chaplains, etc.).
• Drive Organizational Excellence: Monitor services, finances, and patient outcomes. Identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
• Build Strong Partnerships: Work closely with other departments, community partners, vendors, and leadership to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Master’s Degree in health care or related field preferred.
• Two (2) to five (5) years experience in health care management.
• Demonstrates an ability to supervise and direct professional and administrative personnel.
• Has an ability to deal tactfully with the community.
• Has knowledge of corporate business management.
• Understands hospice care and the services provided to patient and family/caregiver through an interdisciplinary group.
• Intimate knowledge of Medicare Hospice Certification.
