Adoration Health, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, seeks an Executive Director for Hospice in Murfreesboro, TN. You will lead daily operations, ensure compassionate patient care, and supervise a diverse care team across multiple locations.

A strong background in healthcare management and hospice knowledge is essential. You will oversee budgeting, staffing, and regulatory compliance while fostering partnerships with community organizations.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration preferred.
• 2–5 years experience in health care management.
• Ability to supervise professional and administrative personnel.
• Knowledge of Medicare Hospice Certification.
• Understanding hospice care and services for patients and families.

• Lead daily operations: budgeting, planning, staffing, and compliance.
• Ensure high-quality care with ethical practices.
• Support and develop staff through training and supervision.
