The role requires a Bachelor's in Business Administration (Master's preferred), several years in healthcare management, and strong leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration required or preferred for leadership roles.
• Two to five years experience in health care management.
• Demonstrates ability to supervise and direct professional and administrative personnel.
• Understands hospice care and the services provided to patient and family/caregiver through an interdisciplinary group.

Responsibilities

• Lead Daily Operations: Oversee budgeting, planning, staffing, and compliance.
• Ensure High-Quality Care: Promote ethical practices and compassionate care.
• Support and Develop Staff: Ensure staffing, training, supervision, and development.
• Foster Team-Based Care: Oversee collaboration across interdisciplinary teams.
• Drive Organizational Excellence: Monitor services, finances, and patient outcomes.
