Qualifications

• Three (3) years of healthcare related experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Works well with a team and independently.
• Proficient computer and technology skills.
• Administrator training (Expert).

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise hospice agency personnel.
• Maintain high employee satisfaction and low turnover.
• Recruit, hire, and train staff.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Oversee quality of care and conduct supervisory visits.
• Manage budget and service utilization.
• Maintain relationships with hospitals, nursing homes, physicians and referral sources.
