Qualifications

• Two (2) years of healthcare related experience.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the management and supervision of hospice agency personnel.
• Demonstrates leadership and management skills by maintaining high employee satisfaction and low turnover.
• Recruits, hires, and directs training and education for employees.
• Ensures hospice agency and personnel comply with regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Manages and evaluates quality of care and conducts supervisory visits with staff.
• Maintains budget by ensuring productivity and utilization of services.
• Develops key relationships with hospitals, nursing homes, physicians, and other healthcare organizations.
