Halcyon Home in Tomball, TX is seeking a compassionate RN with hospice leadership experience to serve as Hospice Director of Nursing. You will lead clinical departments, manage staffing, and ensure high-quality patient care for our geriatric hospice population.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s degree in Nursing preferred.
• Current RN license in Texas.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience with 1 year in leadership role in hospice or palliative care.
• Strong understanding of hospice regulations and standards.

Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates clinical departments; ensures continuity, quality and safety of services.
• Promotes hospice policies to ensure quality patient care.
• Supervises staff and ensures Plan of Care alignment and reassessment.
• Monitors infection control and QAPI activities.
• Communicates with Administrator via reports and meetings.
