Qualifications

• Experience in marketing, preferably hospice or healthcare.
• Clinical liaison (LVN or RN) with marketing skills preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-starter with ability to create own leads.
• Organized approach to territory management with limited supervision.
• Able to work as part of an inter-disciplinary team.
• Able to meet and exceed monthly goals.
• Support and promote Hospice philosophy to referral sources.

Responsibilities

• Generate business by creating new and maintaining relationships with physicians, hospitals, SNFs, and other referral sources.
• Prepare and conduct calls and In-service presentations to potential referral sources.
• Participate in community programs and present Anchor Health services to broaden hospice knowledge.
• Promote privacy, dignity, and well-being of all patients.
• Foster positive PR with patients, families, and healthcare providers.
• Serve as an internal and external resource supporting palliative care mission and vision.
