Crescent Hospice in Spartanburg, SC seeks a Community Liaison to promote our hospice services and build trusted relationships with physicians and referral sources. You will champion our mission, drive census growth, and serve as a compassionate representative of our team across the service area.

The role focuses on outreach, access to care, and collaboration with healthcare partners to ensure families receive the hospice services they deserve with dignity and support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• Minimum two years of sales/marketing experience in healthcare.
• Hospice/palliative marketing experience preferred.
• Ability to establish and maintain relationships with physicians, healthcare professionals, and community agencies.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers to drive collaboration.
• Serve as a passionate advocate for hospice services and conduct outreach.
• Grow presence and trust in the service area to exceed growth goals.
• Drive referral growth through regular visits with physicians and care partners.
• Support patients and families by explaining services with empathy.
