Frontier Hospice in Norman, OK is seeking a self-driven Community Liaison to grow our patient census by building trusted relationships with referral sources, physicians, and healthcare partners. You will serve as the face of Frontier Hospice, driving outreach, presenting our compassionate care, and guiding families through the admission process with empathy.

This role offers a competitive base pay of $80,000–$90,000 plus uncapped commission, a Monday–Friday schedule, and a supportive,

Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years of sales/marketing experience in healthcare.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred; additional experience may substitute for the educational requirement.

Responsibilities

• Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers including physicians and healthcare partners to strengthen collaboration.
• Serve as an advocate for hospice services by conducting regular outreach reflecting commitment to compassionate, high-quality care.
• Grow presence by positioning Frontier Hospice as the provider of choice across the service area to exceed growth and census goals.
• Drive referral growth through regular visits with referring physicians, hospital discharge planners, SNFs, social workers, and other healthcare professionals.
• Lead initial conversations about hospice care, explain services and philosophy, and facilitate consent with empathy and respect.
